On Sunday, April 14, a concert to benefit Bethesda Help was held at Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church in Bethesda.

The audience was mesmerized by the music of the Tempo Giusto Ensemble, a chamber orchestra that provides its members with an outlet to express their passion for music. The Ensemble partners with  Music for Food, a nonprofit organization that fights hunger in the Washington, DC area.

The young violin soloist, Jinan Laurentia Woo, dazzled the audience when she joined the Ensemble for two of their four pieces, more than earning the heartfelt standing ovation she received.  Recognized as a violinist with “simplicity and wisdom beyond her years,” Jinan is a student at the pre-college division of The Julliard School and uses her music to further humanitarian and community causes, including those of Music for Food. Go HERE to enjoy a small part of Jinan's amazing performance.
